Dispatch Policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched the same working day for all orders placed before 12pm. In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you and arrange either for an alternative to be sent or a full refund to be made.

Carriage & Receiving of Goods

If a signature is required:

Upon receipt of your purchase please immediately inspect the packaging for visible signs of damage before signing for the goods. If you think that the product is damaged, please contact us straight away, and/or note this on the delivery documents with the courier. 

In case of damage please notify us as soon as possible (within 3 working days) by calling 02038 718 515. If possible, please take a photograph of the damage.

If a signature is not required:

Please inspect the shipment immediately.

Prices and Tax

The price shown for the goods includes VAT unless stated otherwise. If a delivery surcharge is to be made it will be shown at the checkout or we will contact you before dispatch. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union.

Royal Mail Lost items info

Items sent by 1st Class, 2nd Class and Royal Mail Signed For™ are not classed as lost until 10 working days after the due date (7 working days Royal Mail Tracked items and 5 working days for Special Delivery Guaranteed).

Cancellation and Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. That's why if you aren't happy with it for whatever reason* within 30 days or purchase, we'll refund or replace it for you. This 'cooling off' period starts the day after the goods were received.

If you need to return something for any reason, whether it's not the right tool for the job or if it's faulty, simply get in touch and we'll take care of the rest.

  • If unwanted, products must be in the original condition in which you received them.
  • Return collection is free for faulty items.
  • Once we receive your item back at the warehouse, we'll refund you within 72 hours.

*as long as it is unused and in original condition and packaging.


The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

All confidential information, including credit card details, is held securely (by trusted third party systems - SagePay, Google Checkout or Paypal) and only transmitted in encrypted form.


You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.


The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
